Early Happy Thanksgiving!
:turkey: Yesterday we lost power for about three hours which seriously challenged my Thanksgiving baking. I’m also completely out of flour and eggs. I hate it when you’d swear on the life of your firstborn that you Just. Bought. Flour. and why isn’t it in the pantry? :banghead:
We’re going off to visit family over the Thanksgiving Holiday, and I have a million and one things to do this morning. Mainly, it’s trying to keep track of what to bring for the baby (portable crib, portable booster seat, DIAPERS, etc. etc.). I feel like it’s an invasion whenever we arrive at my in-laws’. The baby alone has more gear than you can shake a stick at, but you can’t leave any of it behind.
And somehow, no matter how many lists I make, I always forget something. Twice, it’s been underwear for the children. Twice. How does that happen?
So today I will be running around like a turkey with my head cut off, trying to get everything done before lunch time when my boy gets home from school. To those of you traveling, have a safe and happy holiday! :turkey2:
Just for fun, what’s the weirdest thing you’ve ever forgotten to pack?
