Let it Snow

kids in the snowI loooove snow. And it’s sad because I now live in a region where snow is really scarce. As a teacher, snow gives me free days off–what’s not to like? For those of you who live in snowy areas, I’m sure you get tired of it, though. Send some more my way! This is a picture of my kids a few days ago when we actually got our first snowfall of the year. They had a blast.

Baby's first snowfallAnd here is my baby boy with his dad, enjoying his first snow. Doesn’t he look thrilled?

I hate snow. Hate it. I’d like one snowfall a year, not too deep. On a weekend when I don’t have to go anywhere. (not too picky, am I??)

I’m with Kacey, I hate snow. I live in southeastern Ontario, for heaven’s sake. We’ve had piles of snow this year. Mind you, not so much at all in recent years and none last winter until Jan. 2007. Which is why this winter is so long for me! Well, there are “only” 56 more days till Spring (March 20th this year).

Could I please sleep through the rest of this cold, miserable season, as your little one is doing?

    -Kim

    Lovely little family.

I want to smooch up your baby boy.

Aw, you really do have a beautiful family!

I don’t mind the snow. What I hate is all the shovelling!! If it could snow everywhere but my driveway I would be okay. Although I found a new cure for snow - as soon as I say I’m going snowboarding, it rains.
    :duh:

    Great pixs of the family!

  6. Suzanne Says:

How cute! In a few years, you’ll have all three of them bouncing around out there, tracking wet stuff inside!

Michelle, we don’t get much snow here either. My kids have never built a snowman that wasn’t covered in dead grass. I would love just one, nice, deep snow a year. Maybe tonight! They’re calling for something. Might be snow, might be freezing rain, might be nothings (as usual).

    Beautiful family, BTW!

He is a DOLL! (So are the older two but oohhh, those baby cheeks!)

    Sick. Of. Snow.
