My apologies for not posting the winner sooner. We had a power outage that affected everything, including our phone. But we’re back in business. Nothing like trying to cook dinner on a gas grill outside. It forces you to be creative. 
Hope everyone had a nice weekend! I enjoyed spending time with friends at the College of William & Mary bookstore for another signing. And then I groaned when I came home to watch Notre Dame lose ANOTHER game. 
It’s always sad when you see a good football team (my alma mater) go down the drain when they lose some of their best players.
Do you watch college football? If so, who do you root for? If not, what sports do you like to watch?

I don’t watch college football, but I can commiserate with you. My Buffalo Bills lost their second game, by one point both weeks.

Don’t disown me but I am a Nittany Lion, PSU, fan. My husband, daughter and niece all went there. Then I route for the Pitt Panthers where my nephew went. And of course the Pittsburgh, Steeler. (yeah from pittsburgh lol)

Mostly I choose the team that’s playing whoever everyone in the room is rooting for. Cause I’m obnoxious that way.
As for ND, I’ll just tell you what my friend (who is an ND nut) keeps saying: this year is a building year made of, essentially, a really good highschool football team playing people ready for the pros. Next year they’ll be back to kicking butt. Hang in there!

Not sure that you could say we’re big on college football here, though we did watch Kentucky beat Louisville the other day. So I root for UK.
Other sports we watch in our household are college basketball- Go Big Blue~ Kentucky Wildcats.
As for the NFL- my hubby’s team is the Oakland Raiders, so I too have become a fan(since for the first time in my life I actually WATCH football).
My dad was never into watching sports, so I mostly just grew up on KY Wilcat basketball more than anything because that’s what my grandparents watched. Don’t care for baseball…the games are WAY too long to keep my attention.

I used to love watching both football and baseball, but now just watch the really big games. I gave up most television to concentrate on writing and the kids.

I hate football. And for some reason my dad doesn’t seem to realize this because he’s constantly talking to me about it. I’ve learned to just nod my head a lot. *g*

I do watch college football and I root for Oregon State and Oregon. Not when they’re playing each other tho. I root for State and my husband roots for Oregon.

Texas Longhorns all the way! And anyone playing against the Aggies. I pay attention to Notre Dame too because my dad loved that team.
As for NFL, New England Patriots and anyone playing against the Dallas Cowboys.
