Go Irish!
Clearly, I need to find a leprechaun smilie. Must look for that. Anyhoo, the Fighting Irish
are playing USC today at 2:30 EST. Here’s hoping they stomp the Trojans into the ground.
Yes, I am a football fan.
In other news, I bought some foam pumpkins to carve. I have never attempted this before, and I’m somewhat intimidated of messing it up. Anyone have tips on how to carve template designs?

Hope your team wins, Michelle

Although I live in southern California, I hate, Hate, HATE the Trojans. But they are tough team to beat.
I don’t do the pumpkin thing. I bought sets of Mr. Potato Head kits that you just punch into a pumpkin. One is a witch, the other a vampire. I got them at Target. We don’t get trick-or-treaters so I don’t really do much for Halloween.

Sorry, I don’t carve pumpkins! Had some modest experience of carving while in school, but that was it! But don’t feel imtimidated; I’m sure you’ll do great!

Every year I dread the pumpkin carving. All those slimy innards. This year, my son wants to carve lots. Oh boy. I haven’t ever tried the foam ones. At least they don’t have slimy innards.
Sorry about the game. My husband was cheering for the Irish. I won’t tell you who I was cheering for.
Are you still my friend?:coffee2:

Le–I’m still your friend. But man, oh, man, wasn’t that a game to watch? Wow.
Rene–the Mr. Potato Head idea sounds like fun.
